Babywearing Workshop & Playgroup (please let us know you’re coming 519-220-0003)

~ Come learn different ways to wear your baby/toddler comfortably and safely and hang out
~ Already know how to wear your baby/toddler – come hang out with us too!!
~ We can help teach or troubleshoot soft structured carriers, ring slings, pocket slings & wraps
~ Not sure what type of carrier you want to get, we’d love to show you the different benefits of each carrier, we have a variety of carriers for you to try
~ Baby/toddler friendly group with toys to play with and Mom’s to chat with
~ Please bring any carriers you may have to show them off

Cloth Diaper Workshop (please let us know you’re coming 519-220-0003)

~ Come see, feel and learn all you need to know about how to enjoy cloth diapers

Infant Massage Class (please sign up early to avoid disappointment!)

~ Classes taught by Kristen Eaton, Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Mom of two, bio available on www.eatonhealth.ca
~ Learn safe and effective ways to massage your baby for bonding, colic, constipation and more
~ Learn about safe oils, when to massage your baby and why you would want to massage your baby, baby cues
~ Touch is important to help every baby thrive, come out to our fun classes!
~ Babies are welcome to sleep, nurse, play or whatever they feel like during the class!
~ Hand out included!
